Refund policy

This policy covers purchases of Halo AI Digital packages (Launch, Authority and Dominance) and monthly retainers, whether bought on this website or through a payment link we send you. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which also handles any refund we approve.

Website build fees

Build fees are non-refundable once paid. Work on your site starts as soon as payment is received: planning, design, keyword research and scheduling our team's time around your project. For that reason we don't offer refunds on build fees, including if you change your mind or decide not to go ahead.

Monthly retainers

• You can cancel your retainer at any time by giving 30 days' notice by email to hello@haloaidigital.com.
• Your retainer continues, and is billed, until the end of that 30-day notice period. Retainer payments already made are not refunded.
• On Authority and Dominance the first month of the retainer is free. If you cancel during the free month, the 30-day notice still applies from the date you tell us.

If something goes wrong

If we can't deliver what your package includes, or you've been charged in error or twice, email hello@haloaidigital.com with your order details and we'll put it right, including a refund where one is due. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
